Frozen Shoulder

Frozen Shoulder is caused by tendon inflammation in the shoulder joint, swelling and thickening, the symptoms are divided into 3 stages:

  • Having pain when moving the shoulder, and more pain when trying to raise the arm above the head, no shoulder joint stiffness.
  • Shoulder joint stiffness, difficulty moving the shoulder. Feeling of tightness in the muscles around the shoulders up to the scruff.
  • Decreased ability to move the shoulder joint.

Frozen Shoulder Symptoms

Frozen shoulder typically develops slowly in three stages.

  • Freezing stage: Any movement of the shoulder causes pain, and the shoulder’s ability to move becomes limited.
  • Frozen stage: Pain might lessen during this stage. However, the shoulder becomes stiffer. Using it becomes more difficult.
  • Thawing stag: Pain and stiffness of the shoulder gradually subsides, and in most cases the overall symptoms get better by this stage. It takes more than two years in some patients to get back to their normal state.

Back Pain

Back pain generally consists of 3 areas:
 

  • Upper back pain
  • Central back pain
  • Lower back pain


Lower back pain is the most common symptom in working age, with back pain from the neck down to the coccyx, most commonly occurring in the lumbar region to the coccyx.

Knee Pain

The severity of knee pain depends on the cause. The pain area and the physical condition of the main symptoms are:

  • Difficulty bending or stretching your knees
  • The skin is red or felt warm to the touch.
  • Rumbling sound in the joint
  • Inability to stand, or difficulty walking.
  • Abnormal numbness in the leg area
  • The knee is deformed.

Ankle Pain / Foot pain

Foot pain varies depending on the cause and area of pain, and the severity of symptoms ranges from mild to severe and can be temporary or chronic. People with foot pain often experience the following symptoms are:

  • Pain in the feet in positions such as the ankle. The soles of the feet, the toes.
  • Tingling pain or numbness
  • Swelling, redness or bruised feet
  • The foot is deformed.

Trigger finger

Trigger finger is a condition in which the finger cannot stretch or bend back normally. It can happen in people of all ages, it is now becoming more common in people who have extensive smartphone use.

  • Pain at the base of the fingers or thumb and difficulty moving that part.
  • Bending your fingers and finding that you stumble and rustle while moving your fingers.
  • Lumps were found along the base of the fingers and thumbs.
  • Fingers are harder to bend. Can’t stretch and can’t move fingers.

Piriformis syndrome

Piriformis syndrome is caused by the piriformis muscle contracting and may crush the sciatic nerve.

Symptoms:

  • Pain in the cheeks, buttocks and hips
  • There may be symptoms on one or both sides.
  • Patients with severe symptoms will experience pain in all postures.
  • Pain while sitting with numbness If pressed for a long time, it may cause weakness.

Migraine

Unlike regular headaches, migraines tend to ache throughout the entire head.

Symptom:

  • There is intermittent throbbing pain.
  • Pain usually lasts for several hours, but most do not last more than 1 day.
  • Blurred vision.
  • Visualize flickering light.
  • Pain is indiscriminate.
  • Headache, accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

Golfer’s and Tennis Elbow

Typically, golfer’s or tennis elbow is caused by overusing the muscles and repetitive movement.

Symptom:

  • Soreness and pain on the inner side of elbow.
  • Weakness in the wrist and hand.
  • Stiffness around the elbow
  • May experience some sensations radiating down to the forearm such as numbness or tingling down to fingers (ring and little fingers)
  • Feel worse when do some activities such as shake hands and swing a tennis racket or golf club.
